  • Country: Refers to Serbia, the primary location of D Menu.

  • Device: Any device, such as a computer, mobile phone, or tablet, that can access our Service.
  • Service: Refers to D Menu’s website, mobile application, and related online offerings.
  • Third-party Social Media Service: Any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third-party and made available by the Service.
  • You: The individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of D Menu’s Service and represent the agreement between You and D Menu. They outline the rights and obligations of all users regarding the Service. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please refrain from using the Service.

To use our Service, you must be over the age of 18. D Menu does not permit use by individuals under 18.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, D Menu and its suppliers shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, privacy, or business interruption) arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Service or third-party software and hardware used with the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply. In such cases, liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

Governing Law

The laws of Serbia, excluding its conflict of law provisions, govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Additional local, state, national, or international laws may also apply to your use of the Service.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve them informally by contacting D Menu.

For European Union (EU) Users

If you are an EU consumer, you are entitled to the mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be amended to fulfill its purpose to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

The failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms does not affect a party’s right to enforce such provision later, nor does it constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms may have been translated. If there is any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English text shall prevail.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you at least 30 days before new terms take effect. By continuing to use the Service after these changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please discontinue using the Service.
